1. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
a. By entering the Clubs property, all persons agree to abide by The Country Club Constitution and Club Rules, a copy of which is available at the Reception desk in the Clubhouse.
b. Persons entering agree to comply with any reasonable direction from management or any official connected with The Country Club.
c. Management has the right to remove any person from the Club’s premises if that person’s behavior is considered unacceptable.
d. Persons under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic substance resulting in disruptive behavior are prohibited from entering or remaining on the premises.
e. Any persons found on or utilizing any of the facilities without authority or wearing incorrect attire will be asked to leave the property immediately.
f. Members are not permitted in service, staff or maintenance areas.
g. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to sit at the bar or be served alcoholic beverages.
2. DRESS CODE
The Club applies a standard of dress that is in keeping with the characteristics of the Club, the desired standards of the Club and is at the discretion and authority of management. a. Regulation sporting attire is permitted in all areas of the Clubhouse until 17h00.
b. From 17h00 smart casual is required in the Clubhouse. Smart casual being:
I. Shirts: any collared or ethnic style shirt.
II. Trousers/skirts: tailored trousers only which includes denim and chinos, skirts, dresses. Tailored or casual shorts are acceptable ONLY BEFORE 17h00.
III. Hats: all hats to be removed when in doors.
IV. Shoes: Sandals, loafers, trainers are permitted – no rubber slops allowed. No bare feet.
a. Members are required to sign in any guests to the Club.
b. A guest may not be brought to the Club more than twice per calendar month, even by different members.
c. Members are entirely responsible for their guest/s.
Pets are not allowed (even if leashed) at the Clubhouse, with the exclusion of guide dogs.
The lighting of pipes, cigars, cigarettes or e-cigarettes (vaping) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere in the Clubhouse. The designated smoking area around the Clubhouse is the balcony off the Platinum Lounge.
6. MOTOR VEHICLES
a. Vehicles may only be parked in areas so demarcated. Any vehicle parked in a non-demarcated parking area will be clamped and the owner of such vehicle will be liable for a Twenty Dollar ($20) unclamping fee.
b. Parking or driving on Club property is at own risk.
The Club accepts no liability for loss of personal property or personal injury.
8. CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS
Members need to acquaint themselves with the Clubs Constitution, Rules and Regulations, copies of which are available from the club office.

a. Membership cards must be carried at all times and must be presented upon request by Club officials.
b. Members are required to abide by their chosen status i.e Platinum, Gold or Silver access and benefits.
c. Subscriptions must be paid in advance and not in arrears.
d. Defaulters will be locked and unable to use the Club facilities.
e. Lost cards must be reported in order for them to be de-activated and replaced.
f. Replacement cards may be purchased at a cost of Five Dollars ($5).
